Cambridge GaN Devices
Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD) is a fabless semiconductor company founded in 2016 by Professor Florin Udrea and Dr. Giorgia Longobardi, spun out from the University of Cambridge to commercialize a revolutionary power device technology. Our mission is to shape the future of power electronics by delivering highly efficient and user-friendly transistors. CGD designs, develops, and brings to market GaN transistors and integrated circuits, enabling a significant leap in energy efficiency and miniaturization, while being well-suited for mass production.
